Job life of a mother in a modern worldwide company

We are in 2018, but please do not tell me the female is equal to the male at the work.

No please!  Do not tell this phrase!  It is a real lie. 

My boss said "you can aspire to nothing because you have preferred your family to the company"

What??? What????  These are two separate things: at home, I am a wife and a mother, but in the office, I am an Engineer.  The objective results are very clear, but it is not enough.  Why are they not enough?  Because I am a woman and I am a mother. 

I am the Project Engineer but I cannot go to the Supplier because I am a mother.  But what does it mean? Nothing… at the work, I am not a mother.  

At work, there are not my sons…

Just my smile is a problem: "Please to do not use your smile, be angrier for getting the scope…., please argue with the supplier…"  

So… the goal is not important, but the way how you get it.    The important thing is to argue, to shout,  and not to reach the goal.

This is a job life of a mother in a modern worldwide company.

What is a mother?

I am a mom, a mother of two kids.  I am spending three days for understanding what a mom is and I am not sure what she is.

At the end, I think  a mom is everything: a parent, a listener, an inventor, a fix-it, a teacher, a nurse, a doctor, a psychologist, a domestic worker, a cook, a confectioner,   a runner, manager of the home, a very expert player of Tetris…

A mom has always the correct thing in the correct time (the Mary Poppies’ bag was nothing comparing with mine): a small game, colored pencils, pens, paper, water, hanky, cracker, biscuits, bandana (and all of this multiplied for two.)

And this Everything with her special bag has got exceptional talents: multitasking, stopping and creating the time for staying with own sons; running faster than the champions; passion for every task.

But this whiz has got two flaws:  she is not able to create timing for herself and in the evening collapses.

Anyway, after all these reasoning, a Mom is a person who finds her power by their sons.  Every smile, every kiss, every  hug is her fuel.
